The Camera
A 5lb, 7"x 6"x 3" Camera on a tripod with wheels, rotating 360° to capture data.
Average walkthrough height is 5' unless specific height requested prior to photoshoot.
All projects are scanned using Matterport Pro3 Camera.
ÂThe Technology
Using LIDAR Technology, the camera transmits a laser beam that bounces off walls and objects. Measuring variations of light wavelengths gathered together at millions of data points per second, which are then grouped to create a data point cloud.

The amount of time needed for a scan depends on how many features are being captured. In general, it takes about 1 hour for every 1,000 square feet of space.
